30 tiny moments: day 11
Due to heavy winds (even as I typed that I was aware of how weathermanish that sounded) our power was out for four hours yesterday. I’ll post more about that tomorrow, but I did want to sneak in this photo of yesterday’s tiny moment.
We made homemade Valentines by lantern light. It felt so Little House on the Prairie! I cut out the hearts and glued on the dinos, Abby wrote the message and Bob kept track of who’s next on the class list.
Here is the finished result:
If you’d like to recreate them we used red cardstock, scissors, a sharpy, tacky glue and a plastic dinosaur. High-tech I know, but you can handle it. They’re Dino-mite! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist.)
