*My Kid's Mom Rocks Giveaway

008
*And so does my kid.

***This giveaway is closed. Thanks for playing!****

I just got a confirmation email that my personalized box of Fruit Roll-Ups has been shipped.

I have to say, I don’t buy Fruit Roll-Ups very often. Mostly because I’ll bring a box home from the store and put it away in my cupboard with the rest of my groceries. Mere seconds later, I’ll pick up the box, still in the cupboard, and it will be full of nothing but empty wrappers. No one in my family knows how that happens. It must be a factory problem…
Even so, I’m pretty excited about this particular batch of Roll-Ups because they have the potential to make me the coolest mom of the first grade.
(As if I really need the extra help.)
Why?
Because I had these ones personalized with my daughter’s name.
Not the box. Not the wrapper. The actual Roll-Up.
And I plan to share them with her class during the last week of school.
That’s just the way I roll, dawg.
But, I am nothing if not generous, so I’m going to share the love.
There will be four, count ‘em four, winners of this giveaway.
Each winner will get to personalize his or her own box of fruit-roll ups for free. (Each box is a $30 value.)
That’s right, you get instant coolness delivered to your door and you pay nothing.

To enter, leave me a comment telling me either:
1)How your kid’s mom (or dad) rocks
or
2) How you would personalize your Roll-Ups.
I will choose four winners at random on Saturday, May 10th at 9:00am PST.
Winners will be notified by email, so please be sure to leave a valid email address.

By the way, my mom rocks because she’s so darn funny. Don’t believe me? See for yourself in my My Mom’s Funnier Than Your Mom series.

Sometimes I feel like I have 5 kids, although I’ve only given birth to 4. This is because my kids’ dad is a kid at heart. He is louder than all 4 put together. He tickles, wrestles, teases, and laughs. He insists on doing risky flips on the tramp. He constantly shows us some new “move” he’s figured out. He turns off the lights and has light saber fights with the boys. He loves to play, but he also dedicates every free moment to show them the kind of people he wants them to become. He takes them along when he helps neighbors, he teaches them from the scriptures, and he includes them in daily prayer. He has it all when it comes to being a devoted father. My kids’ dad totally rocks!

  3. That’s a beautiful picture by the way

I rock cause I make my kids laugh! I don’t always cook, clothe, or feed them but they giggle through their poor raising!

I would want mt fruit roll up to say “You are not REALLY going to eat me are you?”

    Be blessed!

Hmmmm, my first thought would be to put *my seven year old’s name* ‘s Mom Rocks! But, my ten year old may be feeling like a middle child again and get all surly and feel left out. She tends to do that. Pretty sure my oldest middle schooler would be ok with it as he would be mortified if I brought *ANYTHING* to school for him and singeled him out. And the baby could care less as long as she gets one.

So then I was thinking go with *our last name* kids’ Mom Rocks!!! And then what? Splitting the box in half? Only giving them to the kids they each like?

So I gotta go with brownie points and do something like the one with our last name, but send them in lunch boxes for a few days so they can make all the other students jealous, and then give a few to each teacher :) I love to teach my kids the art of brownnosing!!!!

    Thanks for the offer :)

Hmmm My kids mom rocks, well because its me. Aww j/k! Lets ask them and see what they say. Syd why does your Mom rock? Ok she just looked at me and said I don’t rock. Well fine then. If I were to personalize a box of Fruit Roll Ups I would put my sons name on them because he thinks I rock. I think? Ok I just asked him and he said I rock because I give him kisses and I love him. Oh and he said I would rock more if I would peel him an orange. So I would put his name on them. :) (Sorry about the random conversations going on!)

I rock because I stay at home with my three kids to make sure they get all the love, attention and care they deserve. Their father rocks because he works full time but still comes home and never runs out of the energy to spend with us.

I’d put Our family name on them :)

On his Mother’s Day card that he made at 3 year old preschool he said that I was special because “her plays Legos. Her makes tacos. Sometimes her reads to me.” SO, I guess that would be why I rock! I would personalize them with my 2 boys’ names.

My daughter’s dad rocks because when we had planned on going camping this weekend it rained. We decided to set the tent up in our living room and still sleep in it. I switched to our bed in the middle of the night, but my husband stayed with Madison in the tent all night long. Madison loved her camping experience.
